This isn’t therapy.
It’s not advice.

It’s a space. A good one.
To say the thing you’ve been carrying.
To name what you actually want — not what looks good on paper.

I call it Good Space —
The space between vision and action,
Between being and doing.
It’s sacred.
And when we hold it together, shit gets real.
You hear yourself.
You stop performing.
You start moving.
Why coaching?
Because you’re not broken — you’re just buried.
Beneath the noise.
The “shoulds.”
The stories.
Coaching cuts through the crap.
It holds you still long enough to feel something real,
Then gets you moving in a way that sticks.

We might walk.
We might cook.
We might drag your tangled thoughts out of your head and onto the table.
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to walk with you — honest, fierce, focused.
I believe in people.
But I also know most of us are scared of our own potential.
